Personal Leadership Biography
When it comes to leadership, my interests reside primarily in assisting and developing others. I believe that by helping others to develop their strengths, you can create an environment where everyone feels they are a productive and contributing member of the team. My time as a research assistant has provided plenty of opportunity to develop as a leader, and I know I will continue to use these skills as I head into graduate school.
This Winter, I will be applying to PhD programs in Clinical Psychology. My goals are to become a clinician, as well as a professor and researcher.
